If you prefer to pay your registration fees via wire transfer contact us for our bank information. Please remember to request that your bank pay all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer.

CANCELLATIONS of participation must be made by 15 July 2015 to receive a partial refund of the registration fee.

Registration fees cover the opening day afternoon reception, lunch, and refreshments throughout the conference.

All registration fees should be received by us prior to the Symposium. We thank you for completing payment before you arrive.
